Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Process incoming communications including emails, phone calls, and mail with professionalism
- Prepare and edit confidential documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Organize and maintain physical/digital filing systems with strict confidentiality protocols
- Assist with onboarding processes including new hire paperwork and equipment setup
- Coordinate meeting logistics including room reservations, catering, and A/V equipment
- Support departmental projects by conducting research and compiling data analytics
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years administrative support experience in corporate environment
