Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for department executives
- Process confidential documents with strict attention to HIPAA compliance
- Coordinate patient intake procedures and maintain electronic health records
- Answer multi-line phone systems and route inquiries appropriately
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Assist with onboarding new temporary staff and orientation materials
- Perform data entry with 99% accuracy in electronic medical records systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years administrative support experience in healthcare setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- EMR/EHR system familiarity (Epic or Cerner preferred)
- Strong typing speed (60+ WPM) and data entry accuracy
