Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support including scheduling, correspondence, and document management
- Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements for executive team
- Manage digital filing systems with meticulous attention to detail
- Process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders with 100% accuracy
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with onboarding new temporary staff and training materials
- Support special projects including data entry, research, and report compilation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 0-2 years of administrative or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
