Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming merchandise against purchase orders.
- Prepare and package products for shipment, ensuring all safety and quality standards are met.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Update inventory records accurately using handheld scanners and warehouse management software.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quotas.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks with a focus on efficiency and damage prevention.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver's license.
- Familiarity with warehouse machinery (forklifts, cherry pickers) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures.
