Responsibilities
- Load and unload: Safely load and unload trucks and cargo containers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Sort, count, and organize products to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Packing and Shipping: Prepare and package goods for shipment, ensuring all labeling and documentation are correct.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by sweeping, mopping, and organizing aisles.
- Equipment Operation: Operate basic warehouse machinery (training provided on-site).
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to ensure workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and dependable with a consistent work history.
- Transportation: Must have reliable personal transportation to get to the job site.
- No Experience Needed: We provide full training for the right candidates. Basic math and reading skills are preferred.
