Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry and record management with 99% accuracy.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing calendars.
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone and email in a professional manner.
- Prepare reports, memos, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors.
- Support administrative staff with ad-hoc projects and filing.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or clerical role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong typing speed (minimum 45 WPM) and attention to detail.
