Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, safely and according to protocols.
- Conduct rigorous quality control checks to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load and unload trailers with speed and accuracy.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless inventory turnover.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required (shift typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
