Responsibilities
- Perform daily loading, unloading, and packing operations for outbound shipments.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including pallet jacks and forklifts, in a safe manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company quality standards.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Assist in inventory organization and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; trade school certification is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Willingness to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
