Responsibilities
- Perform accurate material handling, including picking, packing, and shipping orders.
- Operate warehouse machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Conduct inventory audits and maintain accurate stock records.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and company quality standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
- Perform light maintenance and cleaning of workstations.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks as required.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Mesa facility.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Previous experience in warehouse or general labor is a plus but not required.
- Must be willing to work in various weather conditions (if outdoor work is involved).
