Available Positions:
We are currently filling roles in Warehouse Operations, Assembly, General Labor, and Light Manufacturing. No experience is required for many roles; we provide on-the-job training!
Responsibilities
- Execute daily production tasks efficiently and according to safety guidelines.
- Operate machinery and equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and accurately.
- Assemble products and packages to meet company quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Perform inventory checks and stock organization as directed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred but not always required.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid Driver's License is a plus for warehouse roles.
- Basic computer skills for logging work hours and inventory.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Detroit area.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
