Responsibilities
- Source and engage high-caliber technical candidates across software engineering, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity domains
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including screening, interviews, and offer negotiations
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key hiring managers at client companies
- Utilize advanced Boolean searches and AI-powered sourcing tools to identify passive talent
- Optimize recruitment processes using Greenhouse and Lever ATS platforms
- Analyze market trends to provide competitive insights on compensation and talent availability
- Mentor junior recruiters while maintaining personal KPIs for fill rates and time-to-hire
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruitment experience with proven track record in IT/tech placements
- Expert knowledge of sourcing techniques across LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche tech forums
- Strong technical aptitude to evaluate candidates for roles ranging from junior developers to cloud architects
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Proficiency in ATS systems and recruitment analytics tools
- Valid Texas state staffing agency license or willingness to obtain immediately
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related technical field preferred
