Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Coordinate weekly payroll processing and ensure accurate scheduling for temporary and direct-hire placements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses to understand their evolving staffing needs.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate pipelines and generate recruitment reports.
- Conduct market research to identify top talent pools and salary benchmarks in the El Paso area.
- Facilitate the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources.
- Strong working knowledge of Texas labor laws and employment practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking software (ATS).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and meet tight deadlines.
