- Oversee implementation of IoT-enabled resource monitoring systems across 50+ facilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in deploying blockchain-based supply chain transparency solutions
- Drive adoption of AI-powered predictive maintenance for energy efficiency
- Manage ESG reporting frameworks and integrate sustainability KPIs into core business metrics
- Champion circular economy principles through waste-to-value technology partnerships
- Represent company at global sustainability tech forums and industry consortia
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology management with 5+ years in sustainability or environmental tech
- Expertise in carbon footprint analysis tools and ESG reporting standards (GRI, SASB)
- Proven experience implementing IoT/IIoT solutions for resource optimization
- Certification in Sustainable Management (e.g., CAM, GRI) or equivalent
- Strong background in renewable energy systems integration (solar, wind, hydrogen)
- Advanced data analytics skills with proficiency in Python/R for sustainability modeling
- Experience leading cross-continental technology transformation projects
- MBA or Master's degree in Environmental Science/Engineering preferred
