Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ sustainability roadmaps integrating climate science, circular economy principles, and ESG frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams to embed sustainability into product lifecycle and supply chain operations
- Analyze emerging environmental regulations and market trends to inform strategic decision-making
- Design and implement carbon neutrality programs with measurable KPIs and reporting mechanisms
- Collaborate with R&D to pioneer sustainable materials and renewable energy solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members with actionable recommendations
- Drive stakeholder engagement through thought leadership in sustainability conferences and publications
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field (PhD/Master's preferred)
- 8+ years in corporate sustainability strategy with proven impact in Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in carbon accounting frameworks (GHG Protocol, SBTi) and ESG reporting standards
- Proficiency in sustainability analytics tools (e.g., SAP Sustainability Cloud, Watershed)
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing 5-year sustainability roadmaps
- Strong network in sustainability policy and NGO partnerships
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex data into executive narratives
