Responsibilities
- Develop and implement forward-looking sustainability roadmaps aligned with 2026 regulatory and market trends
- Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating AI, blockchain, and circular economy principles
- Conduct scenario planning for climate adaptation and resource optimization
- Forge strategic partnerships with policymakers, NGOs, and tech innovators
- Drive ESG reporting frameworks with predictive analytics capabilities
- Mentor junior sustainability specialists in emerging methodologies
- Present breakthrough strategies to C-suite executives and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive sustainability leadership in tech or industrial sectors
- Expertise in carbon accounting frameworks and life cycle assessment
- Proven track record of scaling ESG initiatives with measurable impact
- Proficiency in sustainability software (SAP Sustainability, Watershed, etc.)
- Deep understanding of UN SDGs and Paris Agreement compliance
- Certified Sustainability Professional (CSEP) or similar credential
- Exceptional strategic communication and stakeholder management skills
