Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026-2030 corporate sustainability strategy with measurable carbon reduction targets
- Lead development of AI-powered predictive models for climate risk assessment and resource optimization
- Forge strategic partnerships with startups, governments, and NGOs to advance circular economy initiatives
- Oversee implementation of blockchain-enabled supply chain transparency systems
- Drive innovation in regenerative agriculture and carbon capture technologies
- Represent the company at global sustainability forums and policy summits
- Mentor cross-functional teams on sustainability best practices and future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years in corporate sustainability with proven impact on ESG metrics
- Expertise in predictive analytics and scenario planning for climate resilience
- Deep understanding of circular economy principles and circular business models
- Experience with carbon accounting frameworks (GHG Protocol, SASB) and ESG reporting standards
- Strong network within sustainability tech startups and policy circles
- Certification in ESG management (e.g., GRI, CFA ESG) highly desirable
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex sustainability concepts to diverse stakeholders
