- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and emerging startups
- Present trend analyses to stakeholders using data-driven scenario modeling
- Drive organizational culture shifts toward adaptive innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis across AI, climate tech, or biotechnology
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-back strategy implementations
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
- Certification in Innovation Management or Futures Research preferred
