Responsibilities
- Develop the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Create and maintain a comprehensive 5-year strategic plan that aligns with company goals and market realities.
- Market Foresight & Analysis: Monitor global trends, competitor movements, and technological disruptions to predict future market needs.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with executive leadership, product teams, and R&D to ensure cross-functional alignment on long-term objectives.
- Resource Forecasting: Analyze resource requirements and budget implications for future projects and infrastructure scaling.
- Innovation Integration: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Sustainable Tech) for potential integration into the business model.
- Performance Metrics: Establish KPIs to measure the success of strategic initiatives and report progress to the Board of Directors.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related technical field; MBA preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or senior management roles within the tech industry.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to think several steps ahead and develop contingency plans for volatile market conditions.
- Data Proficiency: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and market research.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex strategies to diverse audiences, from engineers to investors.
- Certifications: PMP or similar strategic planning certification is a plus.
