Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings and in-depth interviews to match the right talent with the right client.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding.
- Nurture and maintain strong relationships with local Columbus businesses to secure high-quality job orders.
- Guide candidates through the application process, offering resume building and interview coaching.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and timesheets to guarantee weekly pay distribution.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet placement targets and expand our market presence.
- Monitor industry trends to stay ahead of the competition and identify new staffing opportunities.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in HR or Business is a plus).
