Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in temporary and permanent positions across various industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses to understand staffing needs
- Conduct candidate interviews, skill assessments, and background checks
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media for talent sourcing
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet client satisfaction metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruiting or staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of meeting recruitment KPIs and placement targets
- Strong knowledge of Fresno's job market and local industries
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruitment software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Valid California driver's license (client site visits may be required)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
