Responsibilities
- Source and recruit qualified candidates for diverse temporary and contract positions
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and perform background checks
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and hiring managers

- Track recruitment metrics and optimize sourcing strategies

Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruitment or staffing experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Knowledge of Fresno's local job market and industries
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
