Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in contract-to-hire and direct-hire positions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Dallas-area clients and candidates
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skill assessments to ensure perfect matches
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement
- Track and optimize recruitment metrics to exceed placement targets
- Collaborate with sales team to identify new business opportunities
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter effectively
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of recruitment/staffing experience with weekly pay focus
- Proven success in full-cycle recruitment across multiple industries
- Expertise in candidate sourcing techniques (ATS, Boolean, networking)
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Results-driven mindset with KPI achievement track record
- Proficiency in recruitment software and Microsoft Office suite
- Valid Texas driver's license (client site visits required)
