Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in light industrial, administrative, and professional roles
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key industry stakeholders
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: job posting, candidate interviews, background checks, and onboarding
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies across job boards, social media, and networking events
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes and performance
- Ensure compliance with all staffing regulations and company policies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment/staffing experience in El Paso market
- Proven track record of meeting placement KPIs and revenue targets
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates through multiple channels
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
