Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries including healthcare, IT, and finance
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from job requisition to offer acceptance
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments to match candidates with positions
- Negotiate compensation packages and onboard new hires efficiently
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track recruitment metrics and KPIs
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop targeted recruitment campaigns
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in staffing or agency environment
- Proven track record of meeting quarterly hiring targets (minimum 15 placements/month)
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, and industry networks
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to close high-volume placements
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn)
- Valid Florida driver's license with reliable transportation for client meetings
