Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place candidates in temporary and contract positions across Colorado Springs
- Develop and maintain relationships with 50+ active client companies to understand staffing needs
- Market our weekly pay advantage to attract top-tier talent
- Conduct thorough interviews and skills assessments to ensure candidate-job matching
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from application to placement
- Track key metrics including time-to-fill, candidate satisfaction, and client retention
- Collaborate with the compliance team to ensure adherence to labor regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or recruitment experience with a focus on temporary/contract placements
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding placement targets
- Strong understanding of Colorado Springs' job market and talent landscape
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Jobvite)
- Valid driver's license and willingness to conduct client visits
