Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles
- Conduct virtual/in-person interviews and skill assessments
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines using ATS systems
- Partner with clients to understand staffing needs and culture fit
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process with weekly payroll integration
- Utilize data analytics to optimize recruitment strategies
- Ensure compliance with state and federal employment regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years in recruitment/staffing industry experience
- Proven track record in candidate sourcing and relationship building
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday, Bullhorn)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills for contract-to-hire placements
- Knowledge of Kansas City metro job market and key industries
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, commission-based environment
