Responsibilities
- Source and pre-screen qualified candidates through ATS platforms and direct outreach
- Build/maintain client relationships with Fortune 500 companies and growing startups
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from job requisition to candidate placement
- Ensure compliance with EEOC regulations and industry best practices
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize sourcing strategies weekly
- Conduct onboarding sessions for placed candidates
- Collaborate with sales team to identify new market opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years staffing/recruiting experience with weekly pay models
- Proven track record in high-volume placement environments
- Expertise in Chicago's talent landscape across key industries
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, Bullhorn preferred)
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Valid Illinois driver's license for client meetings
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
