Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for technical, healthcare, and finance roles
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines using LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and networking
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments to match talent with client needs
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement
- Develop strategic partnerships with 15-20 corporate clients monthly
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies
- Utilize ATS systems to track KPIs and performance metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven success in high-volume technical or healthcare placements
- Expertise in Boolean sourcing and recruitment CRM tools
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with candidates/clients
- BS/BA in Business, HR, or related field preferred
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification a plus
- Valid NC driver's license for client site visits
