Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for open positions, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Assist in the onboarding process, preparing necessary paperwork and orientations for new hires.
- Communicate effectively with clients and candidates regarding job openings, feedback, and status updates.
- Conduct market research to identify new talent pools and industry trends.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or administrative support.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Taleo).
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive candidate information.
- Fluency in English (Bilingual in Spanish is a plus).
