Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates using various recruitment strategies and job boards.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent for current and future client needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and job specifications.
- Update candidate data and track recruitment metrics in the internal Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Conduct reference checks and coordinate background screenings.
- Assist with payroll processing and temporary worker placement coordination.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a busy office setting.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local candidate visits.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.
