What You'll Do:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be the face of our brand. You will source, screen, and place top-tier talent across various industries including Technology, Engineering, and Finance.
Responsibilities
- Execute full lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing passive candidates, conducting interviews, and extending offers.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to meet client demands.
- Manage relationships with key clients to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic workforce solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and build talent networks.
- Negotiate salary packages and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote open positions on LinkedIn and job boards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or sales is preferred but not required for high-potential candidates.
- Proven track record of success in a commission-based environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
