Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions for our core platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and senior engineers to define product requirements.
- Write clean, maintainable, and highly efficient code using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Participate actively in peer code reviews to maintain code integrity and share knowledge.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and help shape the future of our tech stack.
- Engage in continuous learning through our dedicated mentorship and professional development programs.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with an anticipated graduation date in Spring/Summer 2026.
- Strong foundational knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python, Java, C++, or Go.
- Familiarity with web or mobile development frameworks, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), or microservices architecture is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Outstanding communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
