Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable Layer 2 and Layer 3 blockchain protocols optimized for high throughput and low latency.
- Lead the technical strategy for our 2026 roadmap, integrating emerging technologies like zero-knowledge proofs and cross-chain interoperability.
- Oversee the development lifecycle of smart contracts, ensuring rigorous security audits and audit remediation.
- Mentor a team of mid-level engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex web3 requirements into technical specifications.
- Implement best practices for decentralized identity (DID) and decentralized storage solutions.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically focused on Blockchain/Web3 development.
- Expert proficiency in languages such as Rust, Solidity, or Go.
- Deep understanding of consensus mechanisms (e.g., PoS, BFT) and cryptography principles.
- Experience with blockchain frameworks like Substrate, Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM), or Hyperledger Fabric.
- Strong background in high-availability systems and distributed systems architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced, agile environments.
