Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for mobile app features using Figma
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity design systems
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to deliver pixel-perfect implementations
- Analyze user behavior data to iterate and improve design solutions
- Maintain and evolve design documentation and component libraries
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with mobile-first products
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex B2C app designs
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Ability to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions
- Experience working in agile development environments
