Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for SaaS platform redesign projects
- Conduct user research, wireframing, and rapid prototyping
- Develop responsive design systems and component libraries
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers during implementation
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize conversion rates
- Document design specifications using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience
- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Portfolio demonstrating complex B2B SaaS projects
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and responsive design patterns
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
