Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for mobile banking applications
- Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive wireframes in Figma
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams
- Design system maintenance and component library updates
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Ensure ADA/WCAG compliance across all deliverables
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Portfolio showcasing mobile-first fintech or SaaS projects
- Strong understanding of design systems and component libraries
- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing
- Ability to deliver polished designs under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
