Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing
- Create responsive UI designs using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Develop design systems and component libraries for enterprise applications
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions
- Conduct user research sessions and analyze behavioral data
- Maintain design consistency across multiple product platforms
- Present design rationale to stakeholders through compelling documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with B2B SaaS applications
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio showcasing complex design systems and user research
- Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards and responsive design principles
- Experience with agile development methodologies and JIRA
- Ability to translate business requirements into elegant design solutions
- Excellent communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
