Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX/UI design processes for SaaS healthcare applications
- Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive design systems
- Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
- Present design solutions to executive stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Conduct usability testing and data-driven design optimization
- Maintain consistency across multi-platform digital experiences
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience
- Portfolio demonstrating complex B2B SaaS design solutions
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Background in healthcare or fintech industries preferred
- Agile/Scrum methodology familiarity
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
