Join our award-winning design team at Innovatech Solutions! We're seeking a talented Senior UX/UI Designer to transform complex user journeys into intuitive digital experiences. This 6-month contract position offers the flexibility of remote work with required on-site collaboration in Austin. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create industry-leading SaaS interfaces while leveraging cutting-edge design tools and methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Design user-centered interfaces for enterprise SaaS platforms using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and create detailed journey maps
- Develop design systems and component libraries for scalability
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement pixel-perfect designs
- Create interactive prototypes and high-fidelity mockups for stakeholder presentations
- Present design solutions to executive leadership and iterate based on feedback
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with SaaS products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex B2B interface design
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive design
- Experience with user research methodologies (A/B testing, surveys)
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Agile/Scrum workflow experience
