Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for fintech SaaS platforms using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping
- Create responsive prototypes and design systems for multi-platform delivery
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
- Analyze user behavior data to optimize conversion funnels
- Maintain design documentation and style guides
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with SaaS products
- Portfolio demonstrating complex design systems and user research
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design decisions
- Agile/Scrum methodology familiarity
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Proven experience in fintech or financial services projects
