Responsibilities
- Lead user research, persona development, and journey mapping for enterprise clients
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design systems
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on stakeholder feedback
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design implementation
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design critiques
- Present design solutions to executive stakeholders
- Manage design documentation and maintain component libraries
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with SaaS products
- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex enterprise solutions
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys)
- Proficiency in responsive design and accessibility standards
- Agile/Scrum workflow experience
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
