Responsibilities
- Lead user research, persona development, and journey mapping for enterprise fintech products
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and design systems in Figma
- Conduct A/B testing and usability studies to optimize conversion rates
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement pixel-perfect designs
- Present design solutions to C-level stakeholders and executive committees
- Maintain and evolve design documentation and style guides
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with SaaS/FinTech products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio showcasing complex B2B user journeys
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design
- Proven track record of shipping enterprise-level digital products
- Excellent presentation skills and stakeholder management abilities
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience
