Responsibilities
- Lead user research, persona development, and journey mapping for healthcare applications
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and design systems using Figma
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on quantitative/qualitative feedback
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement pixel-perfect designs
- Develop accessible, WCAG-compliant interfaces for diverse user demographics
- Present design rationale to stakeholders and advocate for user-centered solutions
- Maintain and evolve design documentation and component libraries
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with SaaS or healthcare products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex system design and user research
- Understanding of WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards and responsive design
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
- Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user flows
- Excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
