Join our dynamic design team at InnovateTech Solutions, a leading digital innovation firm based in Boston's Financial District. We're seeking a contract Senior UX/UI Designer to craft exceptional user experiences for our flagship fintech platform. This 6-month contract offers immediate start and flexible remote work options with occasional in-person collaboration. You'll work alongside product managers and engineers to transform complex financial data into intuitive, accessible interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for mobile and web applications using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to drive design decisions
- Create responsive design systems and component libraries ensuring brand consistency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement design solutions within Agile sprints
- Present design concepts to executive stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Develop interactive prototypes and design specifications for development handoff
- Analyze user behavior data to continuously optimize user journeys
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with SaaS or fintech products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex B2B product design
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design principles
- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing
- Ability to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions
- Strong communication skills for presenting to technical and non-technical stakeholders
