Responsibilities
- Lead user research, wireframing, and prototyping for mobile/web applications
- Develop design systems and maintain UI component libraries
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams
- Create detailed design specifications and documentation
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Mentor junior designers and review design deliverables
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with SaaS products
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex design systems
- Experience with user research methodologies
- Ability to translate business requirements into design solutions
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Background in fintech or financial services preferred
