Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement design systems and maintain UI consistency
- Conduct stakeholder presentations and advocate for user-centered design principles
- Analyze user behavior data to iterate on design solutions and improve conversion metrics
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and documentation best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing mobile and web applications
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience with user research methodologies including interviews, surveys, and A/B testing
- Ability to translate business requirements into compelling user experiences
- Portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and visual design skills
