Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing
- Develop design systems and component libraries ensuring consistency across digital platforms
- Conduct stakeholder presentations and iterate on designs based on feedback
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions
- Analyze user behavior data to identify optimization opportunities
- Maintain up-to-date design documentation and style guides
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex B2B projects
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Experience working in agile environments and managing design sprints
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale
