- Present design solutions to executive stakeholders
- Maintain and evolve our design system library
Qualifications
- 5+ years UX/UI design experience with healthcare tech
- Portfolio showcasing complex B2B SaaS interfaces
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into intuitive designs
- Experience with user testing and data-driven design iterations
