- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the strategic technical roadmap, identifying key milestones and deliverables for the upcoming fiscal year and beyond.
- Future Tech Integration: Assess and integrate emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Computing, and Spatial Computing into our core architecture.
- Strategic Innovation: Drive innovation initiatives that position the company as a market leader in future-tech solutions, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to ensure alignment between technical capabilities and business goals.
- Technical Governance: Establish best practices for scalability, security, and performance, ensuring our systems can handle future demands.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or technical strategy, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI, Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and emerging future-tech paradigms.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies and roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
