Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the creation of the long-term technical roadmap, aligning engineering capabilities with business goals and market trends for the year 2026.
- Strategic Foresight: Conduct deep-dive analysis on emerging technologies (AI, Cloud, Edge Computing) to forecast their impact on our architecture by 2026.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Product, Design, and Executive leadership to prioritize initiatives that drive maximum ROI and innovation.
- Technical Governance: Establish architectural standards and governance frameworks that ensure scalability and security for future growth.
- Roadmap Execution: Work closely with CTO and Engineering Managers to break down high-level strategy into actionable quarterly milestones.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical strategies into clear, compelling narratives for diverse stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, system architecture, or technical product management.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of developing and executing technical roadmaps with a 3-5 year horizon.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of modern cloud architectures (AWS/Azure), microservices, and AI integration strategies.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Adaptability: Exceptional ability to navigate ambiguity and pivot strategies based on market shifts.
